Terms

-For all photographic services, a minimum 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining payment is due 7 days before the event. All payments are non-refundable.

-The artist reserves the right to only release those photos considered creditable as professional in quality within the photographer’s artistic standards. Images are selected and edited at the artist’s discretion.

-Processing of images can take up to 8 weeks.

-Editing and/or re-selling your photos is prohibited. All images remain under copyright of Annie Kennedy Photography unless otherwise stated in a contract.
